Appointment Policy
Your scheduled appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and your pet. In order to provide exceptional care to each and every animal, we do not double-book appointments.
We will make every effort to accommodate your scheduling needs. In return, we ask that you help us by keeping your scheduled appointments, arriving on time, and notifying us a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours in advance if you are unable to do so.
Missed Appointments
What is considered a Missed Appointment?
a) Arriving over 10 minutes late to scheduled appointment time.
b) No call/ No-show: A client has not arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment time with no communication to Vet REC team members.
c) Appointments canceled less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment time.
If you think you are going to be late to your pet’s appointment, please call us to determine if your late arrival can be accommodated or if you will need to reschedule.
Failure to comply with this policy will necessitate a Missed Appointment Fee.
1. First missed appointment: We realize that sometimes mistakes happen, and occasionally, appointments are missed. As a courtesy, the first-time waiver has been provided for such misses.
2. Second missed appointment: A charge consisting of 50% of the scheduled modalities will be added to your account and/or charged to your credit card on file.
3. Chronically missed appointments: Vet REC reserves the right to charge clients 100% of the scheduled modality fees or require clients to pre-pay for appointments in order to schedule.
